Our Clinical Pilates classes are usually run as a six-week programme and are held at locations throughout East Kent. Each session lasts for 1 hour.
Pilates is an excellent way to improve your posture, core strength, muscle tone, and general fitness. It is also known to lower stress levels and improve your general well-being.
All our Clinical Pilates classes are taught by Chartered Physiotherapists who have an advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
